Born and raised in Klagenfurt my life has brought me to many different places like vienna, iceland, nepal and colombia. I started finding back into my body and onto this path through yoga and still finding my unique way through life now, constantly learning and growing, teaching and giving forward.

I have been touching and trying to understand touch my whole life. I am a touch professional.

I am the founder of Spektrum Reykjavik and Reykjavík Ropes, these spaces were born to weave together and offer all those things that i love, experience, enjoy, research and study.

I am a genderfluid (rope)switch, bodyworker, explorer, learner and a witch.

Ever since I was a child I used to massage everybody in my family and there is nothing that gives me more joy or feeling of accomplishment than to make people feel better and giving them comfort in their body and with themselves, help them through difficult times and support them with working through and releasing trauma as well as “simply” helping them finding back (in)to their bodies.

I have completed many extensive trainings in Nuad Thai Bodywork techniques

with different teachers of different schools as well as 300hrs. of different yoga teacher trainings and am a certified medicinal /therapeutic massage therapist and currently studying Sexological Bodywork in Zürich, Switzerland.

Rope Bondage (Shibari/Kinbaku) and BDSM practices fit right into all of this work

of feeling and finding back into the body through different somatic approaches.

I have a deep fascination and interest in these practices and their emotional, spiritual

and physical effects and results. It’s the peak of being present in one’s body that can be achieved through a somatic experience like this. Fueled also by the emotional and psychological aspects of an (often intense) feeling of power exchange that comes with it.

For me all these things are deeply interconnected and fuel, fulfill and teach each other as a life’s practice and a form of art when witnessed from the outside.

I like to look at the bodywork and yoga classes that i offer as something that can be practiced/received by everyone individually

in all kinds of different ways but what I try most to give forward is the discovery of awareness of your own body, how your body feels with and during bodywork sessions; breathing techniques and how one can really harness the power of this body awareness to understand oneself better on a physical, spiritual and emotional level – because it’s all connected.
